Improving citizen engagement and to disseminate information on various government schemes, grievance redressal, statutory information, district officials contact information, various initiatives at district level along with facilitating citizens with active platform for participation in social awareness campaigns like plastic free TN, Swatchcha Bharath and Jal Shakti Adhiyan etc
App as a central point of citizen engagement and for the empowerment of Thothukudi District people, with an ability to register on mobile application using basic KYC of providing mobile number and verifying using OTP, upon registration citizen will be able to access all sort of services provided by the application including submission of grievances using mobile application and also ability to get notification on the status of the submitting complaints under exclusive section “My Complaints”.
App will be providing all essential information about the district such as district profile, maps, district officers address book with contact information, details on government schemes, public representatives section where details of MLAs and MPs are made available.
Exclusive section is made available for the publication daily press releases and statutory announcements from the office of the district collector, photo gallery and video gallery of various activities, programs and initiatives being carried out by the district administration is also made available.
